    Component 2:  Orientation
     
    Within two weeks of a teacher's first day of work in any school year, the principal will provide the teacher with a copy of or directions for obtaining access to a copy of:

    A.        The Rubric for Evaluating North Carolina Teachers;  http://www.ncees.ncdpi.wikispaces.net

     
    B.        Policy ID Number:  TCP-C-004
               Policy Title:  Policy establishing the Teacher Performance Appraisal process, and

     
    C.        A schedule for completing all the components of the evaluation process.  (your principal  will  
               share with you)
